Amendment of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act on July 15th, 2020. (2 Dou Yaku no. 811)
Medical devices of blood examination for
veterinary use will be categorized in General Device class instead of Managed
Medical Device class from August 15th, 2020. It is necessary to
submit the application for the products which have already approved as Managed
Medical Device if reagents are included as part of the devices.
