Food poisoning caused by norovirus occurred.
At 8:50 am on March 6, 2018, 12 people who used eating and drinking establishments in Sanjo city, Niigata Prefecture on March 3, had contact with the public health center that they had symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting.
As a result of a survey conducted by the public health center, 13 of 27 people who eat the meals offered at the restaurant on March 3 had symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting etc. from around 11 pm on 4th.
As a result of the examination, it was found that norovirus was detected from the feces of 8 persons and 2 cook workers.
