Vegan confirmation inspection of food
Amid growing health consciousness worldwide, there is an increasing number of people who are preparing their diets with a focus on plant-based ingredients.
We will promote Vegan food inspection (independent inspection) in consideration of the international food distribution that is increasing in the future.
Inspections will be used to confirm the presence of animal components in the food if the raw materials and processes are unclear.
・ Animal protein detection (PCR for allergen detection (animal-derived))
・ Egg support allergen quantitative test (egg)
・ Fresh milk allergen quantitative test
・ Field survey
